The GCIS sports program offers students the opportunity to engage in a variety of physical activities that promote fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The program includes structured practices and games in sports such as:

The program is designed to develop fundamental skills and encourage a healthy lifestyle. Through participation, students build physical strength, coordination, and confidence while learning the importance of cooperation and fair play. Our goal is to foster a love for sports and physical activity that will benefit students both academically and socially.

Hello GCIS community, My teaching philosophy centers around fostering a love for physical activity, promoting teamwork, and helping students develop lifelong habits for health and wellness.
At GCIS, my primary focus will be creating an engaging and inclusive environment where every student feels encouraged to participate, grow, and excel in physical fitness. I aim to emphasize the
value of teamwork, resilience, and fair play while encouraging students to explore new challenges through physical activity. My ultimate goal is to inspire young individuals to embrace the benefits of an active lifestyle while discovering their unique strengths and passions.
